Faexperience.com provides centralized supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) architectures, fieldbus communication networks, and programmable automation controllers for continuous manufacturing plants. Our services include real-time diagnostic monitoring, automated safety shutdowns, and stabilization of input-output signal processing times.
Users must ensure their technical operators are trained to perform diagnostic monitoring and execute safety protocols. You agree not to misuse the system, tamper with automation controllers, or bypass safety shutdown mechanisms. Any unauthorized modifications may void service guarantees.
Faexperience.com is not liable for damages arising from improper use, failure to follow operational guidelines, or external factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of services paid in the preceding 12 months. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation under all conditions.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Immediate termination may occur if a party breaches material terms, including unauthorized system access or non-payment. Upon termination, all access rights cease and data will be returned within 60 days.
